How can I set custom rules with risk user settings?

Worktivity allows managers to define custom rules for monitoring employee behavior, helping identify risks or productivity issues. This feature, called Risk User Settings, enables you to automatically report employees based on various criteria such as break time, overtime, or unusual activity patterns.

How It Works

Set Thresholds: Define rules for maximum break duration, minimum activity, or weekly overtime limits.

Automatic Reporting: Employees who exceed these thresholds are automatically reported. For example, you can generate reports for employees who have low working hours but high productivity, those who work overtime with very short breaks, or those who are idle too much in a week. Many alternative rules can be set this way.

Individual Rules: You can apply different rules for each employee, allowing personalized monitoring according to each person’s work pace and role.

Customizable Settings: Rules can be tailored to fit your organization’s policies and workflow.
