Monthly billing is charged every month. Annual billing is charged once for twelve months and lowers the per-user rate by roughly 17%. Starter goes from $3.99 to $3.32, Growth from $5.99 to $4.99 and Pro from $8.99 to $7.49 per user per month.
Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth and Pro from the billing settings in your workspace. The change takes effect right away, and the difference for the remainder of your current period is charged automatically to the card on file.
AI credits are spent when you generate AI Productivity Coach reports and other AI-assisted analysis. Every plan includes 100 credits, which is enough to try the coach. If your team uses it regularly, you can buy extra credit packs at any time. They are one-time purchases and work on every plan.
Retention depends on the plan. Screenshots are kept for 2 months on Starter, 4 months on Growth and 6 months on Pro. Other tracking data is kept for 3, 6 and 12 months respectively.
Yes. Enterprise plans add custom limits, dedicated support and flexible billing, and there is an on-premise deployment for teams with strict security or compliance requirements. Contact us and we will put together a proposal.
