Worktivity started from a simple frustration: managers could not tell how work was really going, and employees were tired of being asked. We think both problems have the same answer: honest, visible data that everyone in the company can see.

A small product team with a long-running obsession
We are engineers, designers and operators who have spent years running distributed teams and being frustrated by the tooling. Worktivity is the product we wanted to buy and could not find at a sensible price.
Worktivity is built and operated by Worktivity OÜ, a software company registered in Estonia and headquartered in Tallinn.

We keep pushing what a productivity platform can do, from AI analysis to timelapse review and automatic categorisation, instead of shipping the same dashboard everyone else has.

Employees can see what is recorded about them. Customers can see what we are building next. We would rather lose a deal than hide how the product works.
User-centric design
The people who use Worktivity all day are not the ones who bought it. We design for both: the manager reading a report and the employee whose day it describes.
Collaboration
Remote, hybrid or in-office, the point of the data is a better conversation. Every report is built to be shared, not to be used against someone.
From an idea in 2023 to teams in dozens of countries
Worktivity launched in 2023 and has grown from a single idea into a platform used by freelancers, agencies, BPOs and enterprise teams. The direction has not changed: measure honestly, price fairly, keep it simple to run.
