Article 1 - Parties
This Refund Policy is established between Worktivity OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the user who purchases services through the useworktivity.com platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").
Article 2 - Refund Conditions
- The Customer has the right to request a refund within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of payment for the purchased service.
- To initiate the refund process, the Customer must submit a written request to the Company via support@useworktivity.com or through the platform.
- The approval of the refund request will be evaluated based on the usage of the service and other transactions conducted between the Customer and the Company.
Article 3 - Refund Process and Payment
- If the refund request is approved, the payment will be refunded to the Customer’s account used for the original payment within 10 (ten) business days.
- The refund amount covers only the purchased service fee. Any commissions, taxes, or other fees paid during the original transaction are excluded from the refund.
Article 4 - Exceptions
Refund requests will not be valid in the following cases:
a. If the service purchased has been significantly used,
b. If the 15-day period from the payment date has passed,
c. If the Customer’s request violates this Refund Policy.
Article 5 - Effectiveness and Amendments
- This Refund Policy takes effect on the date the Customer agrees to it during the service purchase.
- The Company reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy. Any amendments will be announced via useworktivity.com.
