What does the desktop app record?
While a shift runs: working, break or idle status per minute, how many seconds had input, the application in front, the website host and, if you turn them on, screenshots. Nothing is recorded outside the shift.
What if someone's internet drops?
Records wait on the computer and are sent in order when the connection returns. The day is not lost.
How do we see who is working now?
Overview counts the people working, on a break, idle, clocked out and not started yet. The Team screen shows each person's time so far today.
Do we have to take screenshots?
No. Screenshots can be off, blurred on the computer before upload, or sharp, for the whole organization or for one person.
How are time zones handled?
Working days and the daily target are set for the organization in its time zone, and reports such as the heatmap use that time zone rather than the reader's.
