Last week, already written up

Free weekly summaries on every insights screen, plus coach reports, automatic labelling and scheduled reports.

Open work times, productivity, tasks or apps and the first thing you read is a few sentences about last week: what moved, who stood out, what changed. Coach reports go deeper on one person. GDPR compliant by design, employee names are masked before any request leaves Worktivity.

Weekly summaries are free on every plan.

What it does

Four things, none of them a chatbot

AI here is not a box you type into. It reads the numbers you already have and tells you what changed.

  • Weekly summaries

Work times, productivity, tasks, apps and advanced insights each open with a few sentences about last week: what moved, and who stood out. Free on every plan.

  • Coach reports

A written report on one person for a period you choose: workload, burnout signals, where the focused hours went, and what to do about it.

  • Automatic labelling

New apps and websites are classified as productive, neutral or unproductive so nobody has to sort a list of hundreds by hand.

  • Scheduled reports

Set the rule once: every Monday, this team, emailed to these addresses. If credits run short, nothing is ordered and you are told why.

GDPR compliance

GDPR compliant by design

Every line below is how the product actually behaves, not a policy statement.

Names never leave
Before a request is sent, each employee name is replaced with a placeholder such as E1 or E2, and put back in the text you read. This applies to summaries and coach reports alike.
Screenshots stay here
Screenshots, timelapse videos, window titles, anything anyone types, and pay or payroll figures are never part of an AI request.
You decide what runs
Every AI feature has its own switch in organization settings, plus a monthly credit limit. Turn one off and it stops sending, that same minute.

Names replaced before sending

What the model receives

  • E138h 12m
  • E231h 40m
  • E335h 03m

Lucas worked 18 minutes more than the week before, while the team's idle time dropped by a third. Emma was the only one who logged no time on Thursday.

What it costs

Weekly summaries are free. Everything else uses credits.

The summary of last week costs nothing on any plan, including the trial. Summarising a filtered view costs 1 credit and is kept, so opening the same view again is free. Coach reports are priced per person and period. You can cap the whole thing with a monthly credit limit.

Questions people actually ask

Which AI provider do you use?

Requests go to OpenAI. Employee names are replaced with placeholders before the request is sent.

Can I turn AI off completely?

Yes. Organization settings has an AI features tab with a switch for each capability: summaries, coach reports, app classification and productivity suggestions. Turning one off stops it immediately.

Do summaries cost credits?

The weekly summary is free on every plan. Summarising a view you filtered yourself costs 1 credit, and that summary is kept so opening the same view again costs nothing.

Can employees see the summaries?

Insights screens are for owners, co-owners and managers. Managers only ever see their own team, and the summary follows the same rule as the table under it.
