Worktivity lets you capture screenshots for productivity tracking. You can configure this feature based on privacy preferences:

1. Blurred Screenshots

• Sensitive content is automatically blurred in screenshots.

• Team productivity is still visible without exposing personal or confidential information.

• Recommended for general use when privacy matters.

2. Unblurred Screenshots

• Screenshots are captured exactly as seen on the screen.

• Provides full visual context for task tracking and performance analysis.

• Use with caution if sensitive information is displayed.

3. Disable Screenshots Completely

• Turns off screenshot capture entirely.

• Ideal for highly sensitive work environments or teams prioritizing maximum privacy.

How to Change Screenshot Settings:

1. Log in to your Worktivity account.

2. Navigate to Organization → Settings → Track Settings → Screenshot Settings.
