Ask ChatGPT about your team's work
The Worktivity app is in the ChatGPT app directory.
Install Worktivity from the ChatGPT app directory, sign in with your Worktivity account and ask in plain language: your own hours and timesheet, app usage, leave balance and requests, the projects and tasks you can see. Managers can ask about their team's hours, rankings, productivity insights, who is on today and the leave calendar. Owners and co-owners also get the labour cost summary, the risk list, Productivity Coach reports, AI credit balance and subscription status. One connection covers every workspace you belong to, and the assistant either asks which one you mean or uses the default workspace you chose when you connected. You can change that default in Worktivity under Account settings > AI connections. Available on Growth and Pro, in the free trial too.
How to connect ChatGPT
A few minutes in Worktivity. No engineering ticket, no script to run.
Open the directory page and install
In ChatGPT, open the Worktivity page in the app directory and select Install.
Sign in and approve access
Sign in with your Worktivity account and approve the access request.
Check AI connections in the workspace
The workspace owner must have turned on AI connections in Workspace settings, and chosen who can connect.

Your role sets the limits
The assistant follows your role in the workspace you name. An employee sees their own data, a manager their team, an owner the whole workspace.
Read by default, never delete
Access is read-only unless the owner allows writing. Nothing can be deleted, and screenshots, timelapse and browsing history are never visible.
