Open the project's integrations
In Worktivity, go to Task tracking, then Projects, open the menu on a project's row and choose Integrations, then Trello.
Authorize the connection
Approve the access on Trello's own screen, then pick the board whose cards this project should pull in.

The cards show up as tasks in that Worktivity project, and hours build up on them as work happens.
