The payroll calculator takes a period, the minutes recorded in it and each person's hourly pay rate, and shows total hours, total spent and what is still to pay.
You decide which minutes count
Filter by working, break or idle time and by productivity, and cap the hours per week for anyone whose contract has a limit.
Paid, with a history
Mark one person or everyone as paid. Each payment keeps its period, amount and who marked it, and an undone payment stays in the history as undone.
Invoices to your customers
Create an invoice for a customer record, add lines with a price and quantity, set the dates and download it as a PDF to send.
Payments against invoices
Record each payment as it arrives. A partial payment marks the invoice as partially paid, and the full amount marks it as paid.
