Where do I find my invoices?
Subscription invoices sit under Billing history on the subscription screen; the invoices you issue to your own customers are a different screen.

There are two sets of invoices in Worktivity and they sit on different screens: the ones you receive for your subscription, and the ones you issue to your own customers.
Invoices for your subscription
- Sign in at app.useworktivity.com.
- Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose Subscription. Only the organization owner sees this entry.
- Scroll to Billing history. Newest payment first.
- Download invoice on a row opens the PDF that Paddle issued for that payment.
- Only completed payments are listed. A transaction that was never paid is not money and is left out.
- The near-zero transaction Paddle opens when you replace a card is left out too. No invoice is ever issued for it.
- A refunded payment stays in the list, with the amount that came back written on it.
- The total at the top is net of refunds, and it is reported per currency rather than added together.
- The invoice link is produced at the moment you press the button and expires, so it is never stored. If nothing happens, allow pop-ups for the site and press it again.
The name, tax number and address printed on those invoices come from the Billing information card under Workspace settings, General.
Invoices you issue to your customers
These are a different thing entirely: Cost management, then Invoices. The section only appears while Cost management is on under Workspace settings, Tracking, Modules, and only for owners and co-owners.
- New invoice asks for a customer and a currency. The currency cannot be changed afterwards.
- The invoice number is built from the customer's initials and a six digit counter.
- Your own details are copied onto the invoice from the same Billing information card when it is created. Editing them on the invoice changes that one invoice, never the card.
- An invoice stays editable while it is a draft. Mark as awaiting needs a total above zero and a name on every line, and it cannot be undone: the lines are locked from then on.
- Record payment writes down money that already arrived. It does not charge anybody.
- Download PDF builds the document from the saved invoice, so save your changes before you press it.
Which one do you need
- To show an accountant what you paid Worktivity: Billing history.
- To bill a client for the hours your team tracked: Cost management, then Invoices.
Both lists are read-only records of something that already happened. Changing what you pay is a different screen. See how a plan is changed or cancelled.
