Billing and subscription

A plan or seat change is applied immediately and prorated; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pick a plan and a seat count, and checkout opens in a Paddle window. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start one.

Two optional add-ons keep your data longer than your plan does, without changing plans. They are billed with your subscription, and cancelling gives you two months before anything is removed.

Subscription invoices sit under Billing history on the subscription screen; the invoices you issue to your own customers are a different screen.

Pick a customer and a currency, fill in the lines, then mark the invoice as awaiting and download the PDF. The customer, the currency and the awaiting step cannot be taken back.

Recording a payment logs money that already arrived. It works on awaiting and partially paid invoices, cannot exceed the outstanding amount, and cannot be undone.

Update it from Payment method in your account. The card is saved after the first successful payment, and it can be swapped but not removed while a subscription is running.
