How do I change or cancel my plan?
A plan or seat change is applied immediately and prorated; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

How do I move from the trial to a paid plan?
Pick a plan and a seat count, and checkout opens in a Paddle window. Nothing is charged during the trial and no card is needed to start one.
What do the retention add-ons do, and how do I buy one?

Subscription invoices sit under Billing history on the subscription screen; the invoices you issue to your own customers are a different screen.

How do I create an invoice for a customer?
Pick a customer and a currency, fill in the lines, mark the invoice as awaiting and download the PDF; customer, currency and that step are final.

How do I record a payment on a customer invoice?
You record money that already arrived against an awaiting or partially paid invoice; it cannot exceed what is outstanding and cannot be undone.
