Both are organization settings. When they are on, a Screenshots screen appears in your own sidebar and deleting is permanent.

There are three separate windows now: activity data is kept for 12 months on every paid plan, while screenshots and timelapse videos follow the plan. One nightly run removes what is older, and nothing is archived on the way out.

Blurring happens on the computer before the image is sent, so the readable version never leaves it. You still see which application was open, just not what was in it.

An assistant sees exactly what the person asking already sees, never screenshots or window titles, and every question is logged for 180 days.

Tracking condition has four settings, from recording both app names and website addresses down to recording neither. It changes future activity only.
