Can I see and delete my own screenshots?
Both are organization settings. When they are on, a Screenshots screen appears in your own sidebar and deleting is permanent.

How long is data kept, and how is it deleted?
There are three separate windows now: activity data is kept for 12 months on every paid plan, while screenshots and timelapse videos follow the plan. One nightly run removes what is older, and nothing is archived on the way out.

When is no screenshot taken?
Breaks, a locked screen, time outside a shift, a switched off feature and a refused permission each end with a minute that carries no image.

Can I blur screenshots so content is not readable?
Yes: blurring happens on the computer before the image is sent, so the readable version never leaves it, though the open app stays visible.
What can an AI assistant see through a connection?
An assistant sees exactly what the person asking already sees, never screenshots or window titles, and every question is logged for 180 days.

Can I stop recording website addresses?
Tracking condition has four settings, from recording both app names and website addresses down to recording neither. It changes future activity only.
