Can I see and delete my own screenshots?

Both are organization settings. When they are on, a Screenshots screen appears in your own sidebar and deleting is permanent.
Seeing them
The switch is Employees can see their own screenshots, in the Screen capture card under Organization, then Settings, then the Tracking tab. When it is on, a Screenshots item appears in the sidebar of every employee. When it is off the item is not drawn, and the server refuses the request as well, so typing the address in by hand leads nowhere.
What you find there is your own captures and nothing else. That narrowing is applied on the server from your own employee record; it is not a filter you set and could widen. Owners, co-owners and managers reach the screen regardless of this switch: owners and co-owners see the whole organization, managers see their own team.
Deleting them
The second switch, right below the first, is Employees can delete their own screenshots. When it is on, each of your captures carries a delete button and a confirmation that says the capture is removed from storage and cannot be recovered. That is meant literally. The image file itself is deleted and there is no restore, no bin and no undo.
Selecting several captures at once and deleting or downloading them in one action is reserved for owners and co-owners. As an employee you delete one capture at a time.
What these two switches do not change
- Whether captures are taken. That is a separate switch on the same card. With seeing turned off, screenshots are still captured and still uploaded; there is no screen where you could look at them.
- What owners and co-owners can do. They can delete any capture in the organization at any time.
- What managers can do. A manager can delete the captures of their team members only when Managers can delete screenshots of their team members is on. Their own captures follow the employee switch.
The rest of your own data
My activities is in the sidebar for everyone and needs no switch. Timesheet and Timelapse videos have their own switches, sitting next to the screenshot ones, and each one adds or removes its screen the same way.
If the Screenshots item is missing and you expected it, ask an owner or a co-owner which of these switches is off. What Worktivity collects lists everything a record carries, and the capture interval article covers how often captures happen.
