Productivity Coach

A written AI productivity report for each person on your team

Burnout risk, productive share, work pattern and punctuality for any 8 to 31 days, with strengths and an action plan.

Worktivity Productivity Coach is an AI feature that reads one person's tracked minutes for a period you choose and writes them up for their manager: a burnout risk score, how productive time moved, how steady the working days were, punctuality and what to do next. Owners and co-owners order reports one by one or on a schedule.

Working hours, breaks, idle time, apps and websites, clock-in times and working days flow from the desktop app into the Productivity Coach, which writes them up in plain language.

Most productive hour: 10:00 to 11:00. The productive share rose from 61% to 68% between the first and second half of the month.

How it works

What Productivity Coach looks at

Wellness and burnout

A burnout risk score from 0 to 100, built from working hours, break time, late-night days, weekend days and idle share, with the indicators behind it.

Productivity

The average productive share, how it changed between the first and second half of the period, the most productive hour and day, and the applications and websites the time went to.

Work pattern and punctuality

How steady the days were, the days that stand out, a punctuality score, late clock-ins and early clock-outs.

A written summary and plan

The model writes strengths, areas to improve and an action plan from the figures in the report, not from anything outside it.

In practice

What managers use the coach for

A report turns a month of data into something you can talk about.

  • Catching overload early

Late nights, weekend days and shrinking breaks show up in the burnout score before they show up as a resignation.

  • Better one-to-ones

A written summary with concrete figures gives a one-to-one something specific to discuss.

  • The same questions for everyone

Every full report covers the same sections, so comparing people or months is straightforward.

  • Reports on a schedule

A rule can order reports weekly or monthly and email them, with the PDF attached, to the addresses you choose.

Report contents

What a full analysis contains

A full analysis covers every section below. The three focused report types cover one part of it.

  • Executive summary

A written overview of the period, drawn from the figures further down.

  • Burnout risk

A score from 0 to 100 and the indicators behind it: working hours, breaks, late-night and weekend days, idle share.

  • Productive share

The average for the period and how it changed between its first and second half.

  • Top applications and websites

Where the productive and unproductive time went.

  • Work pattern

How steady the days were, punctuality, late clock-ins and early clock-outs.

  • Strengths

What the figures say the person does well.

  • Areas to improve

Specific points drawn from the same figures.

  • Action plan

Concrete next steps for the manager and the person to agree on.

Limits

What it does not do

What to know before you order reports.

  • Written for the manager

Owners and co-owners order and read reports. The report is a basis for a conversation with the person, not a score shown on their screen.

  • It uses credits

Reports are paid for with AI credits, deducted when you order. The cost depends on the report type and the number of days. Every plan includes 100 credits, and extra credits are a one-time purchase.

  • It needs tracked time

A period has to be 8 to 31 days. If a person tracked almost nothing in it, no report is produced and the credits are returned.

Who uses it

Teams that get the most out of it

The coach is most useful where people work long stretches at a computer and overload is a real risk.

  • Software teams

Late nights before a release show up in the burnout score.

  • Agencies

Deadline weeks and weekend work, visible person by person.

  • Contact centres

Break patterns and punctuality over a month, per agent.

  • Consultancies

Long billable weeks read against breaks and late days.

  • Remote teams

Signals a manager cannot see across a desk.

  • Finance teams

Month-end peaks and how people recover from them.
