How can I export reports in Worktivity?

Worktivity allows managers and team leads to export detailed reports and data from various modules, ensuring you can analyze productivity, payroll, and workflow efficiently.
 

Reports You Can Export
 

• Timesheets & Work Times: Overview of hours worked, breaks, overtime, and attendance.

• Productivity Reports: Activity levels, department performance, and overall team productivity.

• Task Insights: Task assignments, progress, due dates, comments, attachments, and completion status.

• Apps Summary: Application and website usage per employee or department, categorized as productive or unproductive.

• Payroll: Payroll calculations, cost summaries, and payment records.

• Leave Reports: Leave requests, approvals/rejections, and balances.

How to Export Reports
 

1. Log in to your Worktivity account.

2. Navigate to Dashboard → Reports / Export Data.
