Worktivity’s Payroll Calculator allows managers and HR teams to calculate and manage employee payments accurately, using data from tracked work hours and employee rates.

Go to the Employees screen.
Enter each employee’s hourly rate.
Optionally, input the bill rate if the employee’s work is billable to a client.
Worktivity will automatically calculate payroll based on tracked work hours.

Navigate to Payroll Calculator in the dashboard.
Filter employees by department, team, or individual to see specific payroll data.
Track worked hours, overtime, and calculate payments automatically.
When payments are made, mark employees as “Paid” to keep records updated.
If an employee receives a raise or rate change, Worktivity calculates payment based on the new rate from the effective date forward, while historical payments remain based on the old rate.
