How do I read a productivity coach report?

Open a finished report from the Productivity coach list. The header carries the report number, the person, the analysis period, when it was generated, the report type and what it cost.

Why sections are missing

The type that was ordered decides what is produced. A missing section is not a fault.

• Full analysis: written summary, wellness, productivity, work pattern and clock pattern.
• Wellness and burnout: the wellness section only.
• Productivity: the productivity section only.
• Work pattern: work pattern and clock pattern.

The sections

• Executive summary is written by the model from the figures below it: strengths, areas to improve and an action plan.
• Wellness and burnout scores burnout risk from 0 to 100 out of working hours, break time, late-night days, weekend days and idle share, and lists the indicators behind it.
• Productivity gives the average productive share, the change in percentage points between the first and second half of the period, the most productive hour and day, and the applications and websites that time went to.
• Work pattern shows how steady the days are, a card per day with activity on it, and the days that stand out. Days with nothing tracked are left out.
• Clock pattern carries the punctuality score, the late clock-ins and the early clock-outs.

If the report is not there yet

• Queued and generating both refresh themselves; there is no need to reload the page.
• Failed shows the reason and can be sent back to the queue from the list.
• A report belonging to another organization comes back as not found.

Taking it out of the screen

Download as PDF builds the document from the report data, not from a screenshot of the page, so the text stays selectable and searchable.

The report reads the same tracked minutes as the other insights screens. If a figure surprises you, the underlying minutes are visible on the reports those screens draw.
