How do I order a productivity coach report?

One report per person, ordered from the Productivity coach screen, paid for in credits and produced in a queue.

A productivity coach report reads one person's tracked activity for a period and writes it up. The Productivity coach screen manages the orders; the reports themselves open from the list.

Who can order

The menu entry is drawn for owners and co-owners. Report orders belong to the organization, so everybody with access sees the same list.

Placing an order

  1. Go to Insights, then Productivity coach.
  2. Choose New reports.
  3. Pick who it is for: everyone in the organization, one team, or selected people. Blocked employees are skipped.
  4. Pick the report type: full analysis, wellness and burnout, productivity, or work pattern.
  5. Pick the period. It has to be between 8 and 31 days.
  6. Decide whether you want an email as each report becomes ready, then confirm.

What it costs

  • A full analysis costs 0.75 credits per charged day; the three focused types cost 0.3.
  • Charged days are the selected days minus one, and the cost of a single report is rounded up. Eight selected days are charged as seven, so one full analysis costs 6 credits and a focused one costs 3.
  • The total is that per-report cost multiplied by the number of people. The dialog shows the total, your balance and how many credits are missing before you confirm.
  • Credits are deducted when the order is placed, not when the report is finished.

Credits

The balance sits at the top of the screen. Buy credits opens the packages; payment is handled by Paddle. Credits do not expire and are shared across the organization. The balance updates once the payment provider confirms, which can take a moment. Usage history lists every purchase, deduction and refund with the balance after it.

While the reports are produced

  • Reports are generated one at a time in a queue. The list refreshes itself while anything is queued or generating.
  • A failed order can be sent back to the queue with try again. That costs nothing extra; the credits were taken at ordering.
  • Deleting an order refunds the credits only while it is queued or generating. A finished report refunds nothing, and a failed one is better retried than deleted. The confirmation says which case you are in before you delete.

What the finished report contains is in how to read a productivity coach report.
