How do I review my team's screenshots?
Screenshots is a grid you narrow by date, team, person and project. Captures open one at a time, and owners can download or delete a selection.
- Web
Screenshots is where the captures land. One card per capture, newest first, with the number of captures in the current range printed under the title.
Open and narrow
- Sign in at app.useworktivity.com as an owner, a co-owner or a manager.
- Go to Tracking, then Screenshots.
- Set Date range first. It starts on today, and everything else narrows what is already inside that range.
- Narrow further by Team, Employee or Project, or turn on Only idle to see only the captures taken during idle minutes.
The filters, the page and the page size are written into the address, so a person and a day is a link you can send to somebody. The grid holds 24, 48 or 96 cards per page.
What a card carries
- the person and the time of the capture
- the application in front, the category Worktivity AI read for it, and the site host when the application is a browser
- an activity percentage for the minute the capture belongs to
- an Idle badge when that minute was idle
- the number of connected displays, when there was more than one
Clicking the image opens it larger. The left and right arrow keys step through the captures of the open page and stop at its edge rather than jumping to the next page.
Working on many at once
Owners and co-owners get a selection strip above the grid. Select this page marks every card of the open page. Up to 200 captures can be held in a selection, and the strip says how many were left out once the limit is reached.
- Download bundles the selected captures into a single zip on the server. That takes a while; keep the tab open until the download starts.
- Delete removes them. The confirmation says what it means, and it means it.
Who sees and deletes what
- Owners and co-owners see the whole organization and can delete any capture.
- A manager sees their own team. The server applies that narrowing; it is not a filter that could be widened.
- An employee sees only their own captures, and only while Employees can see their own screenshots is on.
- A delete button appears on a card only when the server grants it for that record. Managers need Managers can delete screenshots of their team members; employees need Employees can delete their own screenshots.
Selecting many, bulk delete and bulk download stay with owners and co-owners.
Deleting is not a way of tidying the grid. The image goes out of storage with the record and no support request brings it back.
The capture interval is set in the tracking settings, and the retention window decides how long captures stay at all.
