How It Works
 
  • Employee Rates: Enter each employee’s hourly rate and optional bill rate in the Employees screen. You can check here how to enter the hourly rate.

  • Time Tracking Integration: Worktivity automatically logs time spent on each task and project.

  • Cost Calculation: Based on tracked time and rates, the system calculates:

    • Employee cost per task

    • Task cost

    • Total project cost

  • Custom Date Ranges: Generate reports for any desired day, week, month, or custom date range.

How to Access Project & Task Cost Reports
 
  1. Log in to your Worktivity account.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard → Task Insights.

  3. Select the project, tasks, and employees to analyze.

  4. Enter hourly and bill rates if not already set.

  5. Apply a date range to view detailed cost reports.

  6. Review total employee costs, task costs, and overall project costs.
