All worktivity services are hosted on servers provided by DigitalOcean, a cloud service provider.
Server access is completely restricted from external connections, with comprehensive security measures in place, and access is only granted through a VPN.
Is Worktivity secure?
Yes, at Worktivity, we take data security and privacy very seriously. All data is encrypted and stored securely on our servers, and we use the latest security protocols to ensure the safety of our users' information.
We are using Cloudflare turnstile for extra security for some steps like sign-in, sign-up.
Turnstile checks for bot behavior by choosing from a suite of browser challenges based on client behavior and telemetry. It can leverage Private Access Tokens (PATs), analyze some session data, run a small set of JavaScript (JS) challenges to gather more signals, and use the outputs of JS challenges to alter the difficulty of its challenge.

End to end encryption for data security
We have implemented an SSL certificate to ensure the security of our website.
This certificate serves the purpose of authenticating our website and facilitating encrypted connections. As a result, all communications between users' web browsers and our web server are safeguarded through encryption. Consequently, any attempts to intercept or steal information during interactions with the application server become infeasible.
Usage
What is idle time?
If you are clocked in and actively working, but there is no keyboard or mouse activity on your computer for a certain period of time (this duration is determined by your manager), you will be automatically set to idle mode.
How to blur screenshots?
You can enable the Screenshot blur feature from the Track Settings section in the organization settings. To be able to modify this feature, you need to have Owner or Co-owner permissions.
What's Difference between Productive Neutral and Unproductive
These are automatically calculated based on the applications you use while in the working state. For example, if you actively use Power Point on your computer while it is in a working state and this application is marked as Productive by your manager, the time you spend on that program will be calculated as Productive. Worktivity desktop software tracks and presents the programs you use regularly to your manager, who can mark them as Productive, Unproductive, or Neutral.
How do I see my captured screenshot?
It can be open from track settings in organization page. You need to be owner or co-owner from your organization. After you open this options, you can change this option from employee-based in employees page => edit track settings
